Cayman Airways introduces ticket refund protection for when personal travel plans change

Customers booking flights with Cayman Airways Limited (CAL) can now add Refund Protect to their ticket purchase - an optional service that provides greater flexibility and peace of mind when unexpected circumstances disrupt their travel plans.

Customers who purchase Refund Protect along with their ticket become eligible for a full refund of their Cayman Airways ticket if qualifying unforeseen circumstances prevent them from travelling – such as illness, injury, or other covered personal emergencies - subject to the applicable terms and conditions available at www.refundable.me. The service is only available at the time of booking flights, and applies only to the Cayman Airways ticket purchased, not other travel-related costs, expenses or losses.

Refund Protect is provided and managed by Protect Group, which has partnered with Cayman Airways to administer the programme, including processing refund applications and providing customer support.

The service is now available for Cayman Airways flights across all markets and can be added when booking through caymanairways.com or the Cayman Airways mobile app. It is also expected to become available through Cayman Airways ticket offices and the call centre in the coming weeks.
