COVID-19 entry requirements for the Cayman Islands:
As of November 20, 2021, adults (aged 18 and older) entering the Cayman Islands as visitors must be fully and verifiably vaccinated against COVID-19.
Children who do not qualify for this vaccination, or who are not vaccinated, will not be permitted to enter if they are visitors.
All in-bound travellers aged five and older must present evidence of a negative PCR test result to an agent at the time of check-in, taken no more than 72 hours prior to their flight.
