ADMs may be issued without limitation of minimum value for any type of violation such as, but not limited to, ticketing, fare rules, tax, commission, refund violations and sales reporting discrepancies i.e. unreported sales, no approval code on credit card payment
There may be an administration fee assessed per ticket for specific transactions
ADMs payments are due upon receipt or will be subject to a late payment fee
ADM disputes must be received within 45 days of date of issue and must include valid reason/s and supporting documentation.
