ADMs may be issued without limitation of minimum value for any type of violation such as, but not limited to, ticketing, fare rules, tax, commission, refund violations and sales reporting discrepancies i.e. unreported sales, no approval code on credit card payment
There may be an administration fee assessed per ticket for specific transactions
ADMs payments are due upon receipt or will be subject to a late payment fee
ADM disputes must be received within 45 days of date of issue and must include valid reason/s and supporting documentation.

COVID-19 entry requirements for the Cayman Islands:
All in-bound travellers aged five and older must present evidence of a negative PCR test result, or a certified negative Antigen LFT test result, at the time of check-in for their flight.
The COVID-19 testing window has been reduced for applicable arriving passengers, and unvaccinated persons traveling to the Sister Islands, from 72 hours to no earlier than the day before departure.
Persons (aged 18 and over) entering the Cayman Islands as visitors must be fully and verifiably vaccinated against COVID-19. Children who do not qualify for this vaccination will not be permitted to enter until further notice.
