Due to the Cayman Islands Airports Authority’s ongoing efforts to remove the disabled private aircraft from the runway at the Charles Kirkconnell International Airport in Cayman Brac this afternoon, Cayman Airways has had to cancel its five remaining flights between Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac for today.
Cayman Airways has added an extra flight for tomorrow and is in the process of rebooking affected passengers for travel tomorrow. Although these cancellations were not caused by Cayman Airways, the airline is working with passengers to assist as necessary.
At this time it is not certain when the removal of the disabled private aircraft will be completed, but Cayman Airways will update passengers if further schedule changes and/or cancellations become necessary.
