Name changes allowed

When it comes to planning international trips for or with groups of people, it’s often inevitable that some people’s plans or circumstances may change. That’s why Cayman Airways offers our KXgroups customers the ability to change names in their group bookings for a minimal fee of US$25 per change, up to 24 hours prior to departure. This benefit is not offered with regular airfare bookings.
