Jamaica imposes mandatory online passenger declaration form

The Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority has advised Cayman Airways Limited (CAL) that, effective Friday September 1, 2023, it will be mandatory for all passengers travelling to Jamaica, including Jamaican nationals, to utilize the Online Passenger Declaration Form instead of the paper-based C5 Passenger Declaration Form.

With airlines no longer being allowed to distribute the paper forms aboard Jamaica flights, passengers are strongly encouraged to complete this mandatory requirement online prior to their arrival at any of Jamaica’s international airports. The online form can be completed up to 30 days prior to arrival.

The Online Passenger Declaration Form can be accessed via this link: https://enterjamaica.com

The notification explained that the new requirement will aide in facilitating efficient processing of passengers at Jamaica’s international airports.

Cayman Airways currently operates daily flights between Grand Cayman and the Norman Manley International Airport (KIN) in Kingston, and seasonal flights between Grand Cayman and Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay.
