QUESTIONS?

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Is it safe to connect to the Sir Turtle Entertainment AirFi network?
Yes! It is perfectly safe to connect, and the network doesn’t allow other passengers to eavesdrop on your personal data.

CONNECTING

When I connect to Sir Turtle Entertainment, I get a pop-up from my device that I should log in. What should I do?
You might get this message because you are currently using a “private” or “incognito” browser window. For the best AirFi experience we recommend using a regular browser window.

I don’t have a connection. What should I do?
If no error message is presented, it could be that the network is currently not available to use or that you are momentarily out of range. Please try again or ask your cabin crew if the network is available.

TROUBLESHOOTING

I am logged into the Sir Turtle Entertainment network, but unable to see the homepage. What
should I do?

Please restart your browser or select a different browser. If this does not help, please re-login to the AirFi open network and reach the homepage by typing airfi.aero in the browser address bar.

I cannot connect to the AirFi network. What should I do?
If no error message is presented, it could be that the network is currently not available or that you are momentarily out of range. Please try again or ask your cabin crew if the network is available.

I cannot access the Internet, why is that?
The Sir Turtle Entertainment open network is created for onboard entertainment and information, not for browsing the Internet.

Why does it take a while for some pages to show?
When a lot of passengers are using Sir Turtle Entertainment at the same time, the loading of a page may take longer. If your phone is an older model, or a lightweight smartphone, pages may take a little longer.
