Cayman Airways is continuing to evaluate and adjust its operations in order to provide a safe and healthy environment for customers and for the airline’s frontline Customer Service Agents, amid heightened concerns about the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
As such, all changes to existing reservations, and any new ticket purchases, must now be done through the Cayman Airways Reservations Call Center, or online where applicable. Agents at the Cayman Airways airport counters and at ticket offices, on Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac, will no longer be making changes to existing reservations, or issuing new tickets.
This change will be effective as of Tuesday March 17, 2020, until further notice.
To facilitate any necessary cash payments for transactions already completed via the Reservations Call Center, the ticket offices will be open for cash collections only from 10am-1pm, Monday-Friday.
