For known shippers - this is the cheapest, quickest, most reliable and most convenient way to ship envelopes.

There are 2 simple forms, which must accompany your envelope or shipment, regardless of which service you choose. The first is the Shippers Letter of Instruction, which is required for General Cargo and Guaranteed Priority only. You can print the form off our web site and complete at your convenience. The second form is the Shippers Security Endorsement (SSE), which is required for all shipments. You can complete this brief form at the Cargo Office, and you must bring government issued identification with you at that time.

You'll need 3 copies of the commercial invoice that will accompany your shipment. Bring these with you to the Cargo Office. Ensure that you have the correct name, address and contact number on all invoices

If you have light bulky items, mix them with heavy items so that you don't pay too much for the volume.

The air waybill confirms that your goods have been accepted as an air cargo shipment. Also, make sure to state the declared value of your goods on the air waybill especially for valuable shipments.
